"Thank You For Sending Gurudeva to this World"

oṁ ajñāna-timirāndhasya jñānāñjana-śalākayā cakṣur unmīlitaṁ yena tasmai śrī-gurave namaḥ vancha-kalpatarubhyas ca kripa-sindhubhya eva ca patitanam pavanebhyo vaishnavebhyo namo namah I offer my humble and sincere Dandavat Pranams at the lotus feet of my beloved Harinam spiritual master Nityalila Pravista Om Visnupada Astottarasata Sri Srimad Bhakti Vijnana Bharati Gosvami Majaraj, To Srila Narayana Gosvami Maharaj (my mom's Diksha Guru), To Srila Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada, To all Guru Parampara and all Vaishnavas and Vaishnavis.

Through the blessings of Shyamarani Didi, Vasanti Didi and all the Vaishnavas from our Alachua Sanga, I had the good fortune at the age of 9 years old to receive Harinam from our Gurudeva, by His causeless mercy a few months before he entered Nitya Lila pastime. My mom told me since I am too young that I don't really understand now but one day I will understand and realise how important this is for my spiritual life in Krishna Consciousness and that I should know that Gurudeva's presence, mercy and blessings is and will always be with me.

So today, on this most auspicious day I would like to pray for Srila Gurudeva's causeless mercy, to thank Sri Sri Radha Krishna and Mahaprabhu for sending Gurudeva to this world.

Thank you Gurudeva for your most precious teachings, for accepting me as your disciple and giving me the shelter of your lotus feet.
