"I Could Feel His Unprecedented Spiritual Power"

Good afternoon!

In 2016, I went to the holy dhama to visit places of pilgrimage, and also to receive darshan of my dear gurudev, in the hope of gaining mercy. For a whole year, I tried to meditate on Sri Guru, this wonderful personality, which inspired me to believe that the uttama-Vaishnavas in our sampradaya are still present on the planet and there is still the opportunity to follow the instructions of our guru-varga. The first meeting with Srila Bhakti Vigyana Bharati Maharaja was amazing. Just by being near and looking at him, offering obeisances and listening hari-katha, one can feel the unprecedented spiritual power and purity that this Vaisnava creates around him. Having received personal darshan, and then spiritual initiation, I realized that Sri Guru is very gracious, because he can give shelter to sinners like me. Alas, I stayed at the feet of the gurudev for only a couple of weeks and no longer have the opportunity to contemplate it directly. But the memory of him and the feeling that the guruji is still there, I will try to save for the rest of my life. Thank you for that!
